boardwalk pans
1/8″ thick Galvanized Steel pans provide the foundations for our boardwalk system. Minimal digging is required to install while being able to support ATV/UTV loads up to 4,000 lbs.
There are two pan sizes. Standard for most cases and Swamp pans for extra wet conditions.
A 4×4 Post bracket is standard, but other post options are available.
BOARDWALK brackets
The pans are combined with a post and an upper galvanized steel bracket. The bracket slides over the post and supports the Boardwalk Panels.
For Pedestrian Traffic, Brackets with Lag Bolts can support up to 40 PSF.
For ATV and UTV Traffic, Bolt through brackets allow for a 4,000-vehicle load when combined with the right boardwalk panels.
Brackets come in 3 Configurations: Straight, Univeral Turn, and Inside Corner.
The U-Turn brackets can be adjusted on site to fit curves, turns, and ends of boardwalks. Simply hammer to adjust and fit to your site.
BOARDWALK PANELS
Boardwalk panels are built using brown stained treated lumber and galvanized joist hangers and clips. The materials used in the panel is determined by the width and load of the boardwalk. We have options from 40 psf to 4,000 lbs vehicle loads plus snow load. Widths start at 3′ and can range as wide as required.

UNIVERSAL TURN BRACKETS CAN CREATE SWEEPING CURVES BY SPACING OUT UP TO 6″ ON EACH BRACKET.
THE MAX CURVE ANGLE DEPENDS ON THE BOARDWALK WIDTH.
NO ADDITIONAL BRACKETS ARE REQUIRED.
tURNS
A TURN PANEL CREATES A SHARPER CORNER (UP TO 45 DEGREES) FOR TIGHT SPACES.
EACH TURN REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL PAN, POST AND U-TURN BRACKET.
pLATFORMS
A PLATFORM IS A SERIES OF PANELS WITH INSIDE CORNER BRACKETS BELOW THAT CAN BE USED TO CREATE A LANDING AT THE END OF A BOARDWALK.
